Craving something tangy and flavorful? Try my Air-Fried Chimichurri Chicken Thighs tonight! Perfectly crispy and juicy!

Ingredients:

4 bone-in chicken thighs, skin-on
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 large lemon, juiced (about ¼ cup juice)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 recipe chimichurri sauce

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add chicken, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
Place chicken skin-side up in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 390°F for 22-24 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F and skin is crispy.
Serve warm with chimichurri sauce.
