Quick, easy and delicious.  Have dinner or lunch on the table in 30 minutes or less. Caribbean Jerk Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons jerk seasoning
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 large red onion, cut into chunks
Fresh lime wedges, for serving

Directions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and jerk seasoning until evenly coated.
Thread the shrimp and chunks of bell peppers and onion alternately onto skewers.
Grill the kabobs for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are opaque and the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot, garnished with lime wedges.
