A Chunky Monkey Protein Smoothie is a delicious and nutritious drink that is perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout snack.  The combination of bananas, peanut butter, and chocolate makes this smoothie taste like a decadent dessert, but without the guilt. 

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, frozen

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 cup milk of your choice (dairy or plant-based)

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if necessary to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding honey or maple syrup.
  4. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  5. Once the smoothie reaches the desired consistency, pour it into glasses and serve immediately.
