Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal! Savory Steak Bites in Luxurious Garlic Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 cup water
3 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 pounds thin-cut steak, cut into 4 pieces
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoons butter, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
Chopped fresh parsley, optional

Directions:

In a zip-top bag, mix water, cornstarch, vinegar, and baking soda. Add steak, seal, and coat evenly. Let rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Discard marinade and dry steaks. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high and sear steaks for 30-45 seconds each side. Remove steaks.
In the same skillet, add remaining butter. Sauté garlic, then add cream and simmer. Return steaks to skillet, simmer for 1 minute, and serve with parsley.
