Hot Beef Cheddar Melt – gooey, cheesy, and irresistibly savory! Perfect for a quick and hearty meal. 

Ingredients:

1 lb. sliced roast beef

4 large slices sourdough bread

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup caramelized onions

2 tablespoons horseradish sauce

1 tablespoon butter

Directions:

Preheat your skillet over medium heat and lightly butter one side of each slice of bread.

On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, spread the horseradish sauce.

Layer the roast beef, caramelized onions, and cheddar cheese on top of the horseradish sauce.

Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.

Grill each sandwich in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown, and the cheese has melted.
