Can You Use Frozen Brussels Sprouts?

You can use frozen Brussels sprouts, but they may not get as crispy as fresh ones. To make them work, you should thaw them and pat them dry before cooking. Roasting time might also need a little adjustment—start by checking them a few minutes earlier since frozen sprouts can cook faster than fresh ones.

Can You Make The Sauce Ahead Of Time?

Yes, you can get the sauce made ahead of time, so it is ready to go when you roast the Brussels sprouts. Once made, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. When ready to use it, warm up the sauce slightly so it is easy to mix with the roasted Brussels sprouts.

How To Store & Reheat Longhorn Steakhouse Brussels Sprouts:

To store the Brussels sprouts, first, let them cool completely. You can store the Brussels sprouts with the sauce, but they might not stay as crispy. If you want them to stay a bit crunchier, you can store the sauce separately and add it just before eating. Either way, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. When ready to eat, heat them in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes to get them warm and a little crispy again!
