Air Fryer Steak
Just whipped up this Air Fryer Steak in minutes! Perfectly seared and juicy every time. Dinner has never been easier or more delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 beef steaks about 6 oz each, room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Spray both sides of the steaks with olive oil spray.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for about 7-9 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
