Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs skin-on
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large lemon juiced (about ¼ cup juice)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 recipe chimichurri sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add chicken, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
  • Place chicken skin-side up in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 390°F for 22-24 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F and skin is crispy.
  • Serve warm with chimichurri sauce.
