Ingredients
  

  • For the Pasta:
  • 8 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta
  • 2 lobster tails cooked and meat removed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Lobster:

  • In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the lobster meat to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Remove the lobster from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Cherry Tomatoes:

  • In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Pour in the white wine and cook until it reduces by half.

Make the Sauce:

  • Add the heavy cream to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve:

  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Return the lobster meat to the skillet and gently toss to combine.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  • Garnish and Enjoy:
