Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
  • Arrange the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
