Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup milk of your choice dairy or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
  • Ice cubes optional, for a thicker consistency

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if necessary to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding honey or maple syrup.
  • If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  • Once the smoothie reaches the desired consistency, pour it into glasses and serve immediately.
