- 3 green onions thinly sliced (white and green parts)
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (about 12 ounces cooked)
- 1 cup orange segments can use drained canned mandarin oranges or fresh
- 1 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- ⅓ cup toasted slivered or sliced almonds
Optional: Black and/or white sesame seeds for garnish
Dressing:
- ¼ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil or extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
