Ingredients

  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Veggies:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 zucchini chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp butter or sesame oil

For the Fried Rice:

  • 2 cups cooked rice day-old preferred
  • 1 egg scrambled
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil or butter
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Optional: chopped green onions peas, diced onion

For the Yum Yum Sauce (Optional but epic):

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Splash of water to thin

Instructions
 

1️⃣ Sear the Steak & Shrimp:

  • Heat butter or sesame oil in a hot skillet. Add steak cubes and cook to preferred doneness. Sauté shrimp with garlic until pink and seared—surf and turf flavor explosion and a restaurant-style win.

2️⃣ Sauté the Veggies:
