Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. sliced roast beef
  • 4 large slices sourdough bread
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your skillet over medium heat and lightly butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, spread the horseradish sauce.
  • Layer the roast beef, caramelized onions, and cheddar cheese on top of the horseradish sauce.
  • Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
  • Grill each sandwich in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown, and the cheese has melted.
