Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. prosciutto
  • 2 lbs. asparagus
  • 2 tbsp garlic butter Fresh
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Trim the woody ends from the asparagus spears.
  • Cut the prosciutto slices in half lengthwise.
  • Spread a thin layer of garlic butter onto each prosciutto slice.
  • Place an asparagus spear at one end of a prosciutto slice and roll it up tightly.
  • Repeat with the remaining asparagus and prosciutto.
  • Arrange the wrapped asparagus spears on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the red pepper flakes over the asparagus and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the prosciutto is crispy.
