Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
In a bowl, mix wedges with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
