Imagine yourself sitting on a beach in the tropics as you sip on this tropical infusion of goodness. Bourbon Vanilla Island Breeze Shots

Ingredients:

1 part Bourbon or Whiskey
1 part Turquoise rum
1 part Coconut cream or coconut milk
2 parts Pineapple juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean (split and scraped)

Instructions:

In a shaker or mixing glass, combine the bourbon or whiskey, turquoise rum, coconut cream or milk, and pineapple juice.
If using vanilla extract, add 1 teaspoon to the mixture. If using a vanilla bean, split it lengthwise and scrape out the seeds, then add both the seeds and the pod to the mixture.
Shake or stir the ingredients well until thoroughly combined and chilled.
Strain the mixture into shot glasses.
Optionally, garnish each shot with a slice of fresh pineapple or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for added flair.
