Just whipped up these Cheesy Beefy Rolls-Up for dinner tonight! So cheesy and delicious.
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 package refrigerated pizza dough
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
Drain any excess fat and transfer the beef mixture to a bowl. Allow to cool slightly, then mix in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice the log into 1-inch-thick pieces.
Place the rolls cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
