Who can resist the allure of creamy, cheesy Delmonico Potatoes? A perfect side that brings comfort to any meal! 

Ingredients:

4 large russet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
Arrange the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
