Looking for a Mounds candy bar dupe? These No-Bake Coconut Cream Chocolate Balls are about as close to a Mounds bar as you will get. Super easy to make, no baking required and usually the first things gone on the dessert table. Perfect for holiday gatherings or when you are wanting to impress your guests any time of the year.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 8 oz white chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate melted

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. If using, fold in the chopped nuts. Mix until everything is well combined and forms a thick, sticky dough.
  2. Form Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to set.
  3. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white or semi-sweet chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
  4. Dip Balls: Using a fork or toothpick, dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Return the balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Set: Let the chocolate-covered balls sit at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
