  • 1 lb. salmon fillets cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or chives
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Sear the Salmon: Season the salmon bites with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Sear the salmon bites on each side for about 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Glaze: In the same skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice, simmering for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Glaze the Salmon: Add the salmon bites back into the skillet, tossing them gently to coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional minute to let the glaze seep into the salmon.

Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives and serve immediately. These are perfect over rice, with a side of veggies, or as an appetizer!
