Just whipped up this spicy Jalapeño Bacon Corn Cheese Dip – perfect for game day or any party!
Ingredients:
3 jalapeños, diced
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine diced jalapeños, cooked bacon, corn, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, and green onions.
Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Serve warm with your favorite chips or crusty bread.
