Buttered Lobster Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes
This luxurious Buttered Lobster Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes is a decadent treat, perfect for special occasions or whenever you want to indulge!
Ingredients
- For the Pasta:
- 8 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta
- 2 lobster tails cooked and meat removed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Lobster:
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the lobster meat to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Remove the lobster from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Cherry Tomatoes:
- In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour in the white wine and cook until it reduces by half.
Make the Sauce:
- Add the heavy cream to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve:
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Return the lobster meat to the skillet and gently toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Garnish and Enjoy:
