Caribbean Jerk Shrimp Skewers
Quick, easy and delicious. Have dinner or lunch on the table in 30 minutes or less. Caribbean Jerk Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients
- 1- pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 large red onion cut into chunks
- Fresh lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and jerk seasoning until evenly coated.
- Thread the shrimp and chunks of bell peppers and onion alternately onto skewers.
- Grill the kabobs for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are opaque and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with lime wedges.
