Cheesy Delmonico Potatoes
Who can resist the allure of creamy, cheesy Delmonico Potatoes? A perfect side that brings comfort to any meal!
Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
- Arrange the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
