Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 2 jars of Alfredo sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups fresh spinach washed and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the chicken Alfredo mixture.
- Layer lasagna noodles on top, then add a layer of chopped spinach. Spread a generous amount of the chicken Alfredo mixture over the spinach. Sprinkle some mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Repeat the layering process until you run out of ingredients, ending with a layer of the chicken Alfredo mixture and cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
