- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 12 ounces langostino tails or lobster meat
- 8 ounces cooked lump crab meat
- 8 ounces sea scallops
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups chicken broth
Roux:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons flour
Biscuit Toppings
- Herbs and spices
Instructions
- Sear seafood briefly and set aside
- Cook vegetables until soft
- Make roux and whisk in broth and cream
- Season and combine seafood
