- Pinch of oregano
- Pinch of chili flakes
- 1 cup cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 –2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a cloth to avoid water absorption.
