Ingredients
  

  • 3 jalapeños diced
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can 15 oz corn, drained
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine diced jalapeños, cooked bacon, corn, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, and green onions.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with your favorite chips or crusty bread.
