Jalapeño Bacon Corn Cheese Dip
Just whipped up this spicy Jalapeño Bacon Corn Cheese Dip – perfect for game day or any party!
Ingredients
- 3 jalapeños diced
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 can 15 oz corn, drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced jalapeños, cooked bacon, corn, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, and green onions.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm with your favorite chips or crusty bread.
