- Salt and Pepper to taste
Salad:
- Cooked Chicken 2 cups, chopped
- Romaine Lettuce 2 cups, chopped
- Grape Tomatoes 1 cup, halved
- Pepperoncini Peppers ½ cup, sliced
- Kalamata Olives ½ cup, sliced
- Red Onion ¼ cup, chopped
- Feta Cheese ½ cup, crumbled
Instructions
Tzatziki Preparation:
- Mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
Salad Assembly:
- Toss romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini, olives, and red onion in a large bowl.
Combine:
