Ingredients
  

  • 12 chicken drumsticks skin on, bone-in
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-2 tablespoons chili paste
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2.5 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and pat dry the chicken drumsticks.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, chili paste, lime juice, and all seasonings until well combined.
  • Add the drumsticks to the bowl and thoroughly coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 1-2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Arrange the drumsticks in a large baking dish and roast for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for 5 minutes at the end of cooking.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
