Instructions
Rinse and pat dry the chicken drumsticks.
In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, chili paste, lime juice, and all seasonings until well combined.
Add the drumsticks to the bowl and thoroughly coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Arrange the drumsticks in a large baking dish and roast for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for 5 minutes at the end of cooking.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
