Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cheese tortellini
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add butter and let it melt. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in the grated Asiago cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cook until the cheese is melted, and the sauce is smooth.
  • Add the cooked tortellini and sliced grilled chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
