Instructions
Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.
Place banana slices on one edge of the bread and roll up tightly.
In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Dip each bread roll in the egg mixture, coating well.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place rolls seam side down and cook until all sides are golden brown.
Roll the cooked bread in granulated sugar before serving.
