Bubblegum Cloud Fudge

How fun and tasty is this fluffy pink bubblegum cloud fudge?  Pretty to look at and fun to eat!

Ingredients
  

  • 21 1/4 ounces of White Chocolate
  • 3/4 cup of Sweetened
  • Condensed Milk
  • 4 1/2 ounces of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon of Bubble-Gum Flavoring
  • 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
  • 3 drops of White Food Gel
  • 3 drops of Pink Food Gel
  • 1 cup of Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup of Confetti Rainbow Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Pan: Line a 9×9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt Chocolate Mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 40-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
  • Add Flavors and Colors: Mix in the bubble-gum flavoring and vanilla extract. Optionally, divide the mixture for a marbled effect using the food gels.
  • Combine with Marshmallows: Fold in the mini marshmallows evenly.
  • Pour and Chill: Pour into the prepared tin, smooth the top, and sprinkle with confetti rainbow sprinkles. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
  • Serve: Lift out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy the burst of bubblegum flavor in each bite!
