Caribbean Jerk Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 1- pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 large red onion cut into chunks
  • Fresh lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and jerk seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Thread the shrimp and chunks of bell peppers and onion alternately onto skewers.
  • Grill the kabobs for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are opaque and the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve hot, garnished with lime wedges.
