Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the chicken Alfredo mixture.
Layer lasagna noodles on top, then add a layer of chopped spinach. Spread a generous amount of the chicken Alfredo mixture over the spinach. Sprinkle some mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
Repeat the layering process until you run out of ingredients, ending with a layer of the chicken Alfredo mixture and cheese.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
