Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 12 ounces langostino tails or lobster meat
  • 8 ounces cooked lump crab meat
  • 8 ounces sea scallops
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Roux:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 5 tablespoons flour

Biscuit Toppings

  • Herbs and spices

Instructions
 

  • Sear seafood briefly and set aside
  • Cook vegetables until soft
  • Make roux and whisk in broth and cream
  • Season and combine seafood
  • Top with biscuit dough and bake
  • Brush with herb butter

Notes:

  • Avoid overcooking seafood. Add biscuits just before baking for best texture.
