Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta
Are you looking for a quick and easy dinner that everyone will love? This Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta is it. I usually make a double batch, so there are plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day or for someone looking for a midnight snack. Tender bites of garlicky, butter chicken served over a bed of creamy parmesan pasta, what could possibly be better than that. Super kid friendly and hit with even the pickiest of eaters.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken cubes, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Reduce heat, add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic to the pan, cooking until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp of butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, then add the garlic butter chicken bites on top.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
Note: You can add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
