Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the salmon fillets evenly with Cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes until the mixture is well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each fillet generously with the honey butter mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
