Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cheese tortellini
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add butter and let it melt. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the grated Asiago cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cook until the cheese is melted, and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked tortellini and sliced grilled chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
