Ingredients:
10 slices sandwich bread, crusts removed
2 bananas, cut into thin slices
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Butter for frying
Directions:
Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.
Place banana slices on one edge of the bread and roll up tightly.
In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Dip each bread roll in the egg mixture, coating well.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place rolls seam side down, and cook until all sides are golden brown.
