Fire up the grill and try this delicious Gourmet Crack Burger recipe. Made with ground beef, cream cheese, bacon, and cheddar cheese, it’s a gourmet twist on a classic. Make your next cookout one to remember, who wants an average burger…NO ONE!!!! Take your burgers to the next level with the Gourmet Crack Burgers!

  • 1 lb. ground beef 80/20 blend recommended
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce tomato slices, red onion slices (for serving)
  • Mustard mayonnaise, ketchup (optional, for serving)
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into burger patties, ensuring they are evenly shaped and compacted to hold together during cooking.
  3. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached. Avoid pressing down on the burgers while cooking to retain their juiciness.
  4. While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are golden brown.
  5. Once the burgers are cooked to your liking, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  6. To assemble the burgers, place each cooked patty on a toasted bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion slices. Add mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, or any other condiments of your choice.
  7. Serve the crack burgers immediately with your favorite side dishes, such as French fries, coleslaw, or potato salad.
  8. Enjoy these irresistible crack burgers packed with flavor and cheesy goodness!
