- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 garlic clove minced

Creamy Dill Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions:
Salmon Skewers:
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
