Creamy Taco Dip
Perfect for keeping the crowd happy and your chips crunchy! Creamy Taco Dip Recipe
Equipment
- Large Skillet (I like cast-iron, it goes from stove/oven to table and keeps food warm)
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1-oz package taco seasoning
- 1 10-oz can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese, cut into cubes
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until crumbled and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes and green chiles, and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is completely melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Serve the dip warm, accompanied by tortilla chips for dipping.
