Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Salt to taste

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the salmon fillets evenly with Cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes until the mixture is well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each fillet generously with the honey butter mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
