Ingredients:

1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 baguette, sliced and toasted

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Serve warm with slices of toasted baguette.
