Cream Cheese and Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Toothpicks or kitchen string for securing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each pocket with the cream cheese and spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks or kitchen string.
- Rub each chicken breast with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
