This recipe is perfect for a main dish paired with a salad, as lunch, as a snack or appetizer. Get creative and add your favorite fillings!

1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup marinara sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup provolone cheese, shredded

½ cup pepperoni slices

½ cup salami slices

½ cup ham slices

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare the Dough: Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle.

3️⃣ Add Fillings: Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer mozzarella, provolone, pepperoni, salami, and ham over the sauce.

4️⃣ Roll and Seal: Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other, sealing the edges. Pinch the seams and tuck the ends under. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

5️⃣ Brush and Season: Brush the top with beaten egg, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan.

6️⃣ Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

7️⃣ Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy your delicious homemade stromboli!
